Rialto Models  - Order Information

Direct orders from Rialto Models

All Rialto Models are available from stock in kit form, unless stated otherwise. Handbuilt models are limited in stock and will be built on order.
All prices are in euro (EUR) and valid for direct mail orders from Rialto Models from 01-01-2008. Prices are indicative for prices at traders. You can order from us directly by telephone/fax, Skype or e-mail. Click on the button "Contact" for our contact information page. Click here for the current pricelist. In the pricelist you will find information on colors and liveries. It is possible under certain conditions to order models in other colors and liveries, just ask us for the possibilities.

Orders by email are confirmed within 24 hours of reception. We will confirm delivery time, price of the models, discount ( if applicable ) and cost of shipping. Shipping is trusted to TNT Post mail registered priority service, but the customer can optionally choose for a courier service like UPS of DHL. For certain countries this is more secure.  We will ship worldwide. Models can be picked up on appointment, or we can deliver at the NAMAC swapmeet in Houten - NL, see data about the swapmeet www.namac.nl

Payment is done pro-forma with VISA and Master creditcards or bank transfer if models are to be shipped. When models are picked up payment is cash. Shipping cost is for European countries EUR 7,50 for one to two models, all other countries EUR 12,00. This is however an estimate and we can tell you the definite cost when your order is to be confirmed. Never send your creditcard details by email, this is not secure. Instead do so by phone-call, fax or by voice call on Skype.

Orders from traders

At home and abroad we have established through the years good relationships with traders. If you prefer to order from a trader you can contact directly one of the traders mentioned beneath. They will help you with your order. Should there be any problems, please contact us directly and we will see how we can help.  We have no overview of the stock of traders because this can change rapidly, but the trader will in general inform you about stock and delivery of Rialto Models. In general it is not possible to order models in non-standard colors or liveries from traders, but this depends too on the benevolence of the trader involved. We do not deal with importers, distributors or whole-salers.
